Since its foundation, TAP has sponsored educational symposia focused on building life plans, personal branding, leadership, social media etiquette, interview skills, and financial literacy. Through partnerships and fundraising, such as the Annual Chris Rogers’ Paintball Tournament and TAP’s Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament, TAP will be able to continue to expand its reach and meet the needs of today’s youth and young adults. The two most prominent symposia that TAP institutes is the Watch Your Mouth Symposium and the C.A.S.H. (Changing Athletes Spending Habits) Symposium series.

TAP, Inc.'s Leadership Development Program Interest Meeting

After having been an established fixture in the athletic community in the State of Alabama for 6 years and the City of Birmingham for 3 years, TAP has decided it was time to branch out to form the TAP, Inc. Leadership Development Program. This program will still be preparing athletes for success outside of athletics, and in the inaugural year of the Leadership Development Program, we will be servicing athletes in grades 8th- 11th. 

The TAP, Inc. Leadership Development Program will target character development, community service, different areas of literacy (including financial), interview skills development, health development and cover the area of NCAA Eligibility Center, among other topics.
